La. Public Health and Safety § 40:2134

Section 40:2134 - Applicability

The provisions of this Part shall apply only to ambulatory surgical centers and shall not apply to hospitals, as defined by R.S. 40:2102, or nursing homes, as defined in R.S. 40:2009.2.
