Section 4-21.5-1-3 - [Effective 7/1/2024] "Agency"

"Agency" means any officer, board, commission, department division, bureau, or committee of state government that is responsible for any stage of a proceeding under this article. The term does not include the judicial department of state government, the legislative department of state government, or a political subdivision.
