Section 15-16-5-34.5 - [Effective 7/1/2024] As used in this chapter, "school" means the following:
(1) A public school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-15(1)), including a charter school.(2) A nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-12) with more than one (1) employee.(3) The Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired established by IC 20-21-2-1.(4) The Indiana School for the Deaf established by IC 20-22-2-1.Added by P.L. 29-2024,SEC. 34, eff. 7/1/2024.
