As used in this chapter, "material damage" means any:
(1) functional impairment of surface features, structures, or facilities;(2) physical change that has a significant adverse impact on the nontarget site's capability to support any current or reasonably foreseeable uses;(3) significant loss in production or income; or(4) significant change in condition, appearance, or utility of a structure or facility.Added by P.L. 29-2024,SEC. 9, eff. 7/1/2024.
