Section 410 ILCS 130/185 - Suspension revocation of a registration(a) The Department of Agriculture, the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, and the Department of Public Health may suspend or revoke a registration for violations of this Act and rules issued in accordance with this Section. (b) The suspension or revocation of a registration is a final Department action, subject to judicial review. Jurisdiction and venue for judicial review are vested in the Circuit Court.
