Section 40 ILCS 5/22-108 - Application to Chicago Transit Authority Board members

This Code does not apply to any individual who first becomes a member of the Chicago Transit Authority Board on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly with respect to service on that Board.
