Section 40 ILCS 5/15-164 - To certify interest rate, to set value of allowances and to adopt actuarial tables

To certify the prescribed and effective rates of interest; to prescribe rules for the determination of the value of maintenance, board, living quarters and personal laundry, and other allowances to employees in lieu of money; and to adopt all necessary actuarial tables.
