Current through Chapter 519 of the 2024 Legislative Session and Chapter 2 of the 2024 First Extraordinary Session
Subject to authorization by a vote of the electors as provided in section 37-43-211, an irrigation district formed prior to January 1, 1988, shall have and may exercise all rights and powers necessary or incidental to enter into, implement, and perform a salinity control contract.
