Current through Chapter 519 of the 2024 Legislative Session and Chapter 2 of the 2024 First Extraordinary Session
The provisions of this part 2 shall apply only to irrigation districts formed prior to January 1, 1988. The powers and authority conferred by this part 2 may be exercised only within the boundaries of such an irrigation district, as such boundaries existed on January 1, 1988.
