Section 1-701 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Conserve", "endangered species", "nongame species", "species", and "threatened species" have the meanings stated in § 10-2A-01 of this article.(c) "Fund" means the State Chesapeake Bay and Endangered Species Fund established under § 1-702 of this subtitle.(d) "Income tax checkoff system" means the checkoff system established under § 2-110 of the Tax - General Article.
