Section 10-623 - Duties
The Authority shall:
(1) submit the operating and capital program budget of the Authority each year to the Department of Budget and Management for inclusion in the State budget book for informational purposes; and(2) keep records that are consistent with sound business practices and accounting records using generally accepted accounting principles.
