Section 6-316 - Maximum alcohol content(a) A person may not sell at retail an alcoholic beverage with an alcohol content by volume of 95% (190 proof) or more.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.Added by 2016 Md.
