Section 89A.8 - New installation permits1. The installation or relocation of a conveyance shall not begin until an installation permit has been issued by the director.2. An application for an installation permit shall be submitted in a format determined by the director.3.a. If the application or any accompanying materials indicates a failure to comply with applicable rules, the director shall give notice of the compliance failures to the person filing the application.b.
