Section 47-17-61 - [See Note] Employer contributions by Georgia Composite Medical Board

The Georgia Composite Medical Board shall pay an employer contribution for each of its investigators who becomes a member of the fund . Such contribution shall be the full actuarial cost of the member's participation as calculated by the actuary for the fund and shall be made on an annual basis.
