Section 20-4-163 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2027] [Rules and regulations]The board shall adopt rules and regulations deemed necessary for the implementation and administration of this article, which shall include, but shall not be limited to, rules and regulations for:
(1) Establishing a staff review and application approval process;(2) Application scoring criteria that shall prioritize apprenticeship programs that hire and train apprentices: (A) Who are enrolled in or have completed a high school career, technical, and agricultural education (CTAE) public administration pathway program; or(B) In state and local government skilled trade fields;(3) The minimum score necessary for approval of a contract; and(4) The terms of agreement between a public service sponsor and the board.Added by 2024 Ga.
