Section 27-NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] Department not subject to Sunset Law

Any other provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, and specifically Section 41-20-3, Code of Alabama 1975, the Department of Insurance is not an enumerated agency nor subject to review under the Sunset Law of 1981, Chapter 20 of Title 41, Code of Alabama 1975.
