Section 4222.5 - [Effective until 1/1/2031] Stay of legal action to collect fee upon timely filing of petition

If a timely petition for redetermination has been filed pursuant to Section 4220, all legal action to collect the fire prevention fee shall be stayed pending the final determination of the department pursuant to Section 4224.
