Section 47202 - Payment of expenses; no liability or obligation imposed upon state

All expenses incurred by the board in carrying out this article shall be payable from the account. No liability or obligation is imposed upon the state pursuant to this part, and the board shall not incur any liability or obligation beyond the extent to which money is provided in the account for the purposes of this article.
