Section 47003 - Declaration that state should assist efforts to provide for safer disposal

The Legislature, therefore, declares that the state should assist the efforts of local governments and other agencies to provide safer disposal methods for household hazardous waste and to provide public information on the proper disposal of hazardous substances commonly found in and around homes.
