Section 19604 - Inclusion of employees within unit to which labor organization accorded exclusive recognition

Employees within a unit with respect to which a labor organization is accorded exclusive recognition shall not be included in any demonstration project unless there is a written agreement with respect to the project between the agency and the organization.
