Section 14672.6 - Lease of property within grounds of Napa State Hospital at Napa to nonprofit corporation

Notwithstanding Section 14670, the Director of General Services, with the consent of the Director of State Hospitals, may let to a nonprofit corporation, for the purpose of conducting a canteen for use in connection with Napa State Hospital, and for a period not to exceed 25 years, a building located within the grounds of Napa State Hospital at Napa, California.
