Section 12099.1 - Accelerate California: Inclusive Innovation Hub Program(a)The Accelerate California: Inclusive Innovation Hub Program is hereby created within the office, within the California Office of the Small Business Advocate.(b)The office shall designate Accelerate California: Inclusive Innovation Hub within the state to accelerate the startup and growth of technology and science-based firms in key industry areas with a focus on diverse founders, including women and people of color, and on underserved geographies and regions.
