Section 12096.4 - Coordination of business support activities with office(a) Each member of the Governor's cabinet shall identify a senior manager within that member's agency who shall coordinate business support activities with the office.(b) For the 2012-13 fiscal year and subsequent fiscal years, the office shall develop a budget in coordination with the Department of Finance pursuant to the state budgeting process, including the permanent transfer of associated positions.Amended by Stats 2021 ch 50 (AB 378),s 30, eff. 1/1/2022.Added by Stats 2011 ch 475 (AB 29),s 2, eff. 1/1/2012.
