Section 9150 - Performance of duties until successors elected or qualify

The Secretary of the Senate, the Chief Clerk of the Assembly, and the minute clerks and Sergeant-at-Arms of each house for any session shall perform the duties of their offices at the next succeeding session, until their successors are elected and qualify.
