Section 6103.12 - Fee charged pursuant to Health and Safety Code sections 17980.1 and 17980.2

Section 6103 does not apply to any fee charged by a county clerk or county recorder, or clerk of the court, pursuant to Section 17980.1 or 17980.2 of the Health and Safety Code.
