Section 41362 - Standard of quality, condition, and fill of container and requirements for marking of canned fruits and vegetable promulgated by USDA

In addition to the standards and requirements which are prescribed by Section 41361, the standard of quality, condition, and fill of container and requirements for marking of canned fruits and vegetables are those which are promulgated or to be promulgated by the Secretary of the United States Department of Agriculture.
