Section 33485 - No authority to require rebuilding unless extensive repairs made

No authority is conferred by this article upon the director or any approved milk inspection service to require the rebuilding of any existing dairy farm building unless the owner of the building is making repairs to it to the extent of at least 75 percent of the value of such building.
