Section 43045 - Notice of hearing(a) At least 10 days prior to the date of hearing, the governing board of the school district shall send written notice of the hearing, by mail, to the owner of each parcel or lot, as specified on the last equalized assessment roll, for which the special tax for new school facilities is due and owing.(b) The notice shall set forth the same information as required by subdivision (b) of Section 43044 and in addition shall set forth the time, date, and place of the hearing.Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 489, Sec. 1.
