Section 35271 - Property outside district boundaries(a) The governing board of any school district may acquire property, construct buildings, and maintain classes outside its boundaries on sites immediately adjacent to school sites of the district within its boundaries.(b) This section shall become operative June 30, 1993.Repealed (in Sec. 1) and added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 135, Sec. 2. Effective July 13, 1989. Section operative June 30, 1993, by its own provisions.
