Section 35185 - Proof of registration pursuant to Article 8.2, Chapter 6, Division 3 of Government Code

A school district may require proof of registration pursuant to Article 8.2 (commencing with Section 12620) of Chapter 6 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, as a condition to agreement to enroll that student.
