  1. Enos et al v. Holder et al

OPPOSITION to 39 Motion for Summary Judgment

    Filed January 11, 2012

This argument lacks merit. California Penal Code § 12021(c)(1) provides that a person who has been convicted of certain misdemeanor violations, including under California Penal Code §§ 243 and 273.5, and who, within 10 years of the conviction, owns, purchases, receives, or has in his or her possession or under his or her custody or control, any firearm is guilty of a public offense, which shall be punishable by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year or in the state prison, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that imprisonment and fine.

  2. Lycurgan, Inc. v. Ares Armor et al

RESPONSE in Opposition re MOTION for Attorney Fees Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54

    Filed October 23, 2014

Erring on the side of caution, the pizza delivery was quite chilling. It is especially chilling if you also know that Dimitrios Karras – the owner of Ares Armor and multi-time affiant in the instant matters – is currently criminally charged by the State of California for battery on an emergency personnel person, an alleged violation of California Penal Code Section 243(c)(1). ATF acknowledges that Mr. Karras is innocent until proven guilty.
