App. 3d at 991 (court awarded compensation to plaintiff for time spent recovering jewelry designs, including copies of designs). Plaintiffs are also entitled to imposition of a constructive trust “to prevent unjust enrichment and to prevent a person from taking advantage of his or her own wrongdoing.”
