Section 32-1129 - [Effective ninety-one days after adjournment] Apprenticeship programs; certificate of completion; filing with registrar
A. If a person completes a United States department of labor-approved or a department of economic security-approved apprenticeship program in a construction trade, the entity that administers the apprenticeship program and that issues a person a certificate of completion shall file a certificate of completion and any related updates to the certificate, including documentation for completed continuing education courses, with the registrar on behalf of the person in a manner prescribed by the registrar.
B. The registrar shall maintain all documents that are filed pursuant to this section for ten years.
