Rule 1301(a) - Compulsory Arbitration

All civil cases within the jurisdictional limits prescribed in Section 7361 of the Judicial Code (42 Pa.C.S. § 7361) shall be subject to arbitration pursuant to Adams C.Civ.R. 1302 et. seq.
