Rule 1915.8 - Physical and Mental Examination of Persons(a)Requests for Evaluations. All motions within the scope of this section shall be in conformity with Pa. R.C.P. No. 1915.8, and shall include a proposed order attached which substantially conforms to Pa. R.C.P. No. 1915.18.(b)Disclosure of Evaluations. There shall be no disclosure of the contents of an expert evaluation or report to anyone except parties, the parties' attorneys of record, the guardian ad litem or attorney for the child, if any, and the court in accordance with Pa. R.C.P. No. 1915.8.
