(a)Scheduling. The presiding judge's chambers shall schedule all custody trial dates.(b)Continuance of Trial. A scheduled custody trial shall not be continued without leave of court. A motion for continuance shall be filed with the Prothonotary, who shall forward same to the presiding judge for consideration. The position of the opposing party must be noted in the motion.(c)Exhibits . Exhibits shall be pre-marked. The party introducing the exhibit shall ensure that there is a reference copy for the presiding judge. Proposed exhibits shall not be filed with the Prothonotary until admitted into evidence by the court.Amended effective 7/10/2023; amended effective 12/23/2023.
