Unless otherwise ordered by the court or unless the case is subject to electronic filing, at the time of the filing of the original with the Clerk of the Superior Court, a copy of each motion, objection, exception and memorandum shall be presented to the judge of the division to which the case has been assigned or to the Court Administrator if the case has not been assigned. The original of all motions and notices shall show the presentation of a copy to the division or to the Court Administrator, as the case may be.
