Rule 3.7 - Judgment and Findings
a.Original Lodged with Trial Judge. [Rescinded].
b.Judgment Filed with the Clerk. [Rescinded].
c.Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. When findings of fact and conclusions of law are required by Rule 52(a), Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, the prevailing party shall, within five (5) days after the court has announced its decision or within such further time as the court may direct, serve upon the opposing party and lodge with the trial judge proposed findings and conclusions. The opposing party shall have five (5) days after service thereof to file and serve written objections to the proposed findings and conclusions.
d.Hearing or Trial on Default. [Rescinded].
e.Attorneys' Fees.(Paragraph (e) of this rule was abrogated effective December 1, 2000.)
