Section 64-75-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule prescribes specific standards and procedures to provide for the health, safety, and protection of the rights and dignity of residents of residential care communities. This rule must be read in conjunction with W. Va. Code '16-5N-1 et seq. to determine the complete requirements for licensing, regulation, and complaint investigations of residential care communities.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va.
