Section 64-63-9 - Training Accreditation9.1. The director has the authority to accredit asbestos abatement courses provided within West Virginia. In approving asbestos abatement training courses, the director shall rely on the standards for training courses found at 40 CFR Part 763, Subpart E, Appendix C, Model Accreditation Plan, and these standards are hereby adopted by reference.9.2. Persons wishing asbestos abatement training course accreditation shall submit an application on forms approved by the Director, together with the fee required by W. Va. Division of Health Administrative Rules, 64 CSR 51, Fees for Services.
