Section 64-51-8 - Health Statistics Center Fees8.1. The Commissioner may charge a fee for each service provided as listed in Appendix D of this rule: Provided that the state registrar may furnish services to state agencies and to organized charities, free of charge, when the services are required before presenting claims to the federal government, or to the state for public assistance, and; provided further, that the state registrar shall make an accurate record of all services provided for the above purposes.
