Section 64-46-9 - Repair of Water Wells9.1. All materials used in the replacement, alteration or repair of any water well shall meet or exceed the requirements for a new installation.9.2. Repairs or retrofits or both to wells, with the top of the well casing terminating below ground shall include extending the well casing above land surface with like material coupled in accordance with section 5 of this rule.
