Section 64-46-2 - Application2.1. This rule applies to all water wells, pumps and pumping equipment installations other than those used to supply public water systems. Water wells for public water systems shall be installed, altered, and deepened in accordance with the Department's rule, Public Water System Design Standards, 64CSR 77.
