Section 64-40-6 - Inspection6.1. Each manufactured home community shall be inspected once a year. The health officer shall also make as many additional inspections of the manufactured home community as he or she considers necessary to determine satisfactory compliance with the provisions of this rule and any orders, notices, instructions, or specifications issued pursuant to this rule.6.2. A copy of the inspection report shall be filed with the manufactured home community operator.
