Section 64-40-4 - Design, Construction, Installation, Maintenance, and Operation of Manufactured Home Communities4.1. In addition to meeting all applicable provisions of this rule, all manufactured home communities constructed or installed after the effective date of this rule, shall be constructed or installed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and instructions issued by the Commissioner.4.2. The design, construction, installation, maintenance, and operation of a manufactured home community shall comply with all applicable provisions of this rule.
