Section 64-38-2 - Application and Enforcement2.1. Application - These legislative rules shall apply to any nonprofit corporation seeking appointment as guardian, limited guardian or standby guardian for a mentally retarded or mentally handicapped person.2.2. Enforcement - These legislative rules shall be enforced by the West Virginia department of health.
