Section 64-29-2 - Application and Enforcement2.1. Application - This rule applies to the Fatality and Mortality Review Team and also to four fatality and mortality Advisory Panels set forth WV Code § 61-12A-1, et seq. and described in this rule.2.2. Enforcement - This rule is enforced by the Commissioner and by the Chief Medical Examiner in the Bureau for Public Health.
