Section 64-29-1 - General1.1. Scope - This rule establishes standard procedures for the formation and conduct of the Fatality and Mortality Review Team. The Fatality and Mortality Review Team (FMRT) is a multidisciplinary team created to oversee and coordinate the examination, review and assessment of special cases of death where other than natural causes are suspected. This rule should be read in conjunction with W. Va. Code § 61-12A-1, et seq. The W. Va. Code is available in public libraries and on the Legislature's web page, http://www.legis.state.wv.us/.1.2.
