Section 64-25-9 - Compliance and Penalties9.1. A person subject to the provisions of this rule shall comply fully with them and shall not direct or assist another person to violate this rule.9.2. A person who violates any provision of this rule is subject to the criminal penalties of West Virginia Code § 16-1-18.
