Section 64-21-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes the environmental health requirements for the construction and operation of child care centers.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '16-1-7.1.3. Filing Date. -- June 16, 1997.1.4. Effective Date. -- June 23, 1997.1.5. Supersession of Former Rule. -- This rule repeals and replaces W. Va. Division of Health Legislative Rule, Child Care Centers, 64 CSR 21, effective March 15, 1974.1.6. Applicability. -- This rule applies to the owners and operators of child care centers.1.7. Enforcement. -- This rule is enforced by the director of the division of health.[1]
